We accept most major health insurance plans as well as Medicare and Vision Service Plan (VSP). Please check with your individual health plan for coverage and how it applies to your specific health plan.
You will need to present your insurance card at each appointment. If your insurance changes from visit to visit, please be sure to let us know. In addition, should your insurance change, you will need to present your new insurance card to avoid charges for your current appointment. If you insurance requires a co-payment, this payment will be due when you check in for your appointment.
