In addition, we also have a thorough understanding of the science of optics. That is something some of the boutique stores and other optical stores can't claim. We know how important it is for you to look great in your new frames, but we also have the expertise to assure that you see great as well! Different prescriptions require certain frame styles and lens treatments for your glasses to perform and also look terrific. Our team of highly trained opticians can guide you through this process. Our optical gallery has hundreds of frames from which to choose the perfect size, shape and color of frame that's right for all family members. Certified ParaOptometric Assistants Our doctors' optometric assistants are not only trained to effectively and efficiently take care of you as a patient with the utmost respect and care, but we also send each of our assistants through rigorous training and testing to reach certification levels as designated by the American Optometric Association (AOA). This assures that not only will you have a high level of care from your optometrist but also from the doctor's assistant who will guide you through the technological pre-testing process and any contact lens care you may require after your examination with your optometrist. But we don't believe you should have to turn around and leave because you can only afford to look! In addition, our contact lens prices rival that of not only our brick and mortar competitors, but also the web sale sites. We will also drop ship your order directly to you for your convenience, and still maintain the warranties that we would offer if you picked them up at our clinic. This is something many of the websites will not do. Convenience The Eye Care Center offers a wide selection of products in our office as well as through custom orders, many not found in any other optical store in the Twin Cities area. We only use the highest quality materials and will courteously recommend eyewear and contact lenses that fit your lifestyle and fashion - all within your budget. Warranties All prescription lenses purchased at the Eye Care Center carry a one time, one year warranty against scratches or breakage. If your lenses chip or break, for ANY reason, just return the broken lenses and they will be replaced at no cost to you. All lenses purchased with premium anti-reflective coating carry a two year warranty against scratches and manufacturing defects. All of our frames carry a one year warranty. If for any reason your frame breaks or fails to work properly, simply bring it in and it will be replaced at no cost to you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your lenses within 90 days of your contact lens fitting, the Eye Care Center will gladly exchange your lenses or credit your account. In addition, we will warrant all contact lenses to be free of defects or we will replace them at no charge within 30 days of the date they were dispensed.
